I think we all love black and white and there are some stunning rooms out there to inspire us. I love how my bedroom looks with black and white trimmed drapes and bedding. It creates the perfect blank canvas to do just about anything.

I like a little elegance in the bedroom sometimes, so I thought I would show you how to add a little gold and silver to the mix and create a cozy, snuggly fall bedroom.

Adding these two silver pillows and one fabulous gold one was all I needed to make the bed special. Simple and elegant. (If you haven't discovered the fabulous pillow covers at Hobby Lobby, then you need to run. These silver ones were only $8 each with coupon.)

I love the detail and that gorgeous ombre velvet is amazing. This was a gift from my daughter, she always finds the most amazing pillows.

Add in a fur throw for pure luxury. This one is a faux mink, it is so gorgeous you would definitely think it was real.

The sun shining in the window is so magical. How can you not smile when you see all the sparkle and shine on the dresser.

You know I love me some gold, sparkle and shine.

Now with the nights getting a little cooler, this just looks like the perfect place to snuggle in for a good nights sleep.
